My greatest teacher has been my own healing journey.

My story

At 19 years old, I was introduced to meditation and energy work, but my path truly began through my own search for healing. Living with alopecia since I was 13, along with navigating trauma, autoimmune challenges, chronic stress, and years of environmental toxicity, led me to ask deeper questions about what it really means to heal. Those questions became the foundation of my life’s work.

At 22, I had a profound spiritual experience that completely changed the direction of my life. It inspired me to trust a different path—one rooted in meditation, nature, ceremony, and personal transformation. Since then, I’ve spent more than 16 years walking that path while continuing my own journey of healing.

Walking the path

Early in my healing journey, I met my healer and mentor, Andrea Bernstein. Through her guidance and years of study, she introduced me to shamanic healing and Andean wisdom inspired by the Q’ero tradition—teachings that profoundly transformed my life and changed the way I understood healing.

Together, we traveled to Peru, where I received healing with the Twin Shamans. Their work had a lasting impact on me, and when they later came to the United States, I continued studying with them, learning ancestral healing and traditional clearing practices using candles, eggs, and limpias. It became clear that this wisdom was something I was meant to carry forward and share with others.

Weaving it all together

In 2018, I attended Healing Mountain Massage School to deepen my understanding of the physical body. Studying anatomy and physiology validated something I had always known—that the body, mind, emotions, and spirit are deeply interconnected.

Every experience, teacher, ceremony, and season of life became another thread woven into the tapestry of my work, shaping the way I hold space for others today.

Each of us
is like a beautifully crafted instrument

Throughout life, stress, trauma, illness, grief, and the experiences we carry can pull us out of alignment.

Just as an instrument creates beautiful music when it is in tune, I believe we experience greater joy, clarity, purpose, and connection when we are aligned with our true nature. As we come back into harmony with ourselves, that harmony naturally ripples into our relationships, our communities, and the world around us.

This is why I’m dedicated
to the work I do.

Welcome to Cielo to Skye

Cielo is the Spanish word for both sky and heaven, and Skye is my name. Together, Cielo to Skye represents my vision of bringing a little more heaven to Earth by helping people reconnect with the wisdom of their hearts and live in alignment with their true nature.

Looking back, one of the greatest gifts of my healing journey was realizing that I was never meant to walk it alone. Every mentor, teacher, friend, and person who walked beside me became part of my story, reminding me that healing has always been rooted in connection and community.

That realization shaped my vision for Cielo to Skye.

My hope is to create spaces where people feel they belong—spaces where we reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the Earth. I believe that when we live in alignment with who we truly are, we naturally create more joy, compassion, and harmony—not only within ourselves, but within our families, our communities, and the world around us.

Whether that begins through a one-on-one session, a workshop, a retreat, or one day through a healing center, my hope is the same: that you leave feeling more connected to yourself, your community, and the unique path that is yours to walk.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.

Welcome home.
